Robert Palmer

Robert Palmer is President and Managing Director of Med Analytics.  Mr. Palmer is a co-founder of Team PotentiaMED, and has spent the last two years focused on developing and patenting the firms PMED analytics products and Predictive Model.   He has extensive experience in developing analytic and predictive models for healthcare payers, providers, life sciences, financial services and manufacturing.  He has extensive business-valuation and experience in medical, technology, service, and financial sectors with twenty years of operational experience in owning and managing privately held finance, service, and consulting firms. His areas of expertise are financial analysis and valuation, including risk-assessment.  Mr. Palmer holds an MBA with a focus on finance from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business, and a BS in Business Administration with focus on finance from Regis University. He is an adjunct advisor and coach with the Hatchery Program, Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Olin School of Business and a frequent lecturer on business valuation, planning and financial modeling. He is a member of the YPO (Young Presidents Organization), ACG (Association for Corporate Growth), the NPSA (National Portable Storage Association) and the William Greenleaf Eliot Society.

David Theodoro

David Theodoro is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of The Gabriel Management Group. His responsibilities are firm management, oversight of portfolio companies operations, professional recruitment, deal sourcing, fundraising and investor management. Dr. Theodoro directs the firm’s investment policies, overall operations and strategic planning.

Dr. Theodoro is a practicing cardiothoracic surgeon.  He has extensive experience in program development, team integration and contract negotiations.

Dr. Theodoro has thirty years of experience in family-owned and operated businesses and has founded several successful new business ventures. His areas of expertise are operational optimization and employee management. 

Dr. Theodoro completed Cardiothoracic Surgery training at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He finished General Surgery training at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.  He earned a Medical Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.

Michael Demos

Michael Demos is Director and General Counsel of The Gabriel Management Group. Mr. Demos is responsible for firm management, investment analysis and valuations, strategic initiatives, professional recruitment, and business development.  Mr. Demos is also involved in the oversight, operation, and corporate strategy of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Demos worked as a patent attorney at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, and has experience in intellectual property, contracts, due diligence, and risk management.  In addition, he has gained experience in deal structure, financial modeling, valuation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Demos holds an international M.B.A. with specialization in finance and China Business (with honors) from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology in Hong Kong, China.  He also holds a J.D., (with honors) from Washington University, as well as a B.S.  (highest honors) in chemical engineering from Washington University, where he graduated class valedictorian.  He speaks Mandarin and Spanish.  He is also a member of the Illinois Bar Association.
