Robert Palmer is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of The Gabriel Management Group. Mr. Palmer is responsible for firm management, oversight of portfolio companies operations, professional recruitment, deal sourcing, fundraising and investor management. Mr. Palmer directs the firm’s investment policies, overall operations and strategic planning.
Mr. Palmer has twenty years of experience in managing a privately held corporation and broad experience in operations. His areas of expertise are risk assessment, credit management, financial analysis and valuation. His particular expertise is financial modeling.
Mr. Palmer has successfully negotiated the purchases of privately held enterprises and is keenly aware of the complex issues associated with the transfer of family owned and closely held businesses.
Mr. Palmer holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in finance from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in finance from Regis University. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, and is an Advisor and Judge for the Hatchery Program, Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business.David Theodoro

David Theodoro is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of The Gabriel Management Group. His responsibilities are firm management, oversight of portfolio companies operations, professional recruitment, deal sourcing, fundraising and investor management. Dr. Theodoro directs the firm’s investment policies, overall operations and strategic planning.
Dr. Theodoro is a practicing cardiothoracic surgeon. He has extensive experience in program development, team integration and contract negotiations.
Dr. Theodoro has thirty years of experience in family-owned and operated businesses and has founded several successful new business ventures. His areas of expertise are operational optimization and employee management.
Dr. Theodoro completed Cardiothoracic Surgery training at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He finished General Surgery training at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He earned a Medical Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis
